Lowcountry BBQ for 1st Thursday
On September 2nd I'll be the guest speaker at the Georgetown Public Library for the First Thursday Speaker Series. We'll be talking about the history barbecue in South Carolina, with a particular emphasis on the Lowcountry and Pee Dee regions. I'll update this listing closer to the event with more details.
Fall for Greenville
This fall I'm heading back to my old home town of Greenville, South Carolina, to serve as a judge for the Taste of Our Town culinary exposition, among other things. Details at the Fall for Greenville website.
